![]() Practice sanitation and safety principles while in the kitchen and restaurant, including health code compliance. ![]() Performs restocking inside stations and assists other team members with tasks such as rolling silverware, restocking condiment containers, and cleaning work areas.Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of all tables, chairs, and floors in the restaurant.Follow the sequence of service standards and all sanitation guidelines.Maintain assigned areas to ensure it is kept neat and clean always:.Multitask to eliminate work quickly by practicing good working habits, including cleaning up as you go and preparing for busy hours during the slow hours.Reset tables as quickly as possible after guests leave the restaurant.Maintain tables throughout service, clearing dishes between courses, and empty glassware as necessary.Clearing and scraping all dishes in the side stations after clearing a table.Must be able to obtain a Food Handler Safety Card.Must be able to multi-task well and work well under pressure.Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and accident prevention principles.Additional responsibilities include proper maintenance and cleaning of side stations, floors, and furniture, promptly cleaning and resetting tables for use by the following guests, and stocking and maintaining side stations for all team members in the restaurant. ![]() The primary responsibility of a Busser is to set tables with clean linens, silverware, and remove soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware from the tables.
